OUR STORY
In 2023, God placed a significant call on the heart of our founder, Tommy Stewart, along with the trustees of our UK-based charity, then known as ‘The Association of Christian Leaders’. They were challenged to take time away to prayerfully reflect on the ministry and seek fresh direction from God for the road ahead.
Through that season of seeking and surrender, something powerful began to unfold. By September 2023, this journey led to a defining moment - our name changed to ‘Transform The World’.
This was more than a rebrand. It marked a deeper shift from being a UK-based organisation supporting Christian leaders in ministry and the marketplace, to becoming a global movement.

Today, our heart is to see leaders and organisations unite and rise up together - ministry leaders encouraged, equipped, and empowered to transform the world for Jesus.

ARISE is a our Teaching and Mentoring Programme that encourages, equips and empowers others to walk in their true identity.
ARISE is committed to bringing an impactful change by offering spiritual formation based on biblical discipleship and mentorship to leaders.
Transform is our two-part resource, which provides Teaching and Coaching.
It is designed to help local churches develop leaders who live on mission throughout the week and gather on Sundays for worship, teaching, and celebrating God’s work in their community.
Our Global Forum calls are a chance for global leaders to gather, engage and inspire each other to be a catalyst for transformational change.
Our calls are designed to rise up as unified leaders with the mandate to release a movement that will encourage, equip and empower leaders to transform their world.
