Tommy Stewart

Founder of Transform The World and author of
‘Living and Leading with Jesus’

Tommy Stewart has been active in leadership within the private, public and voluntary sector for 37 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Missional Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, along with Post Graduate Diplomas in Management and in Pastoral Leadership. Tommy is currently completing his Doctorate in Christian Leadership. After spending 15 years managing Christian organisations, employability programmes and local government services Tommy launched a consultancy company in 2002 that provided research, strategy development and evaluation services, for public, private and voluntary sector organisations. In recent years, this has led him to become increasingly involved in advising missional organisations, churches and denominations, both locally and globally. Tommy has served as a trustee and leadership advisor at national and international level with a number of organisations including Bible Society Northern Ireland, Youth for Christ Northern Ireland, Youth for Christ International (Trustee and Chair of Governance) and Drop Inn Ministries (Director). Additionally, he provides advisory support to a number of Christian led businesses, to help them grow in scale and profitability, so that they can increase their giving to Christian causes globally. Tommy’s primary focus is encouraging, equipping and empowering Christians who lead in the workplace, the community and the church through ‘Transform the World’, a charity he founded in 2018, that has now become a global movement, engaging with leaders in 30+ nations each month. Along with his wife Roberta, they were involved in senior church leadership for the 25+ years, including pastoral, teaching and church planting roles for denominational and non-denominational churches. In 2022 Tommy stepped back from local church leadership to focus on the global development of Transform the World. Roberta and Tommy have three sons, now in their 20’s and 30’s: Simon, Daniel and Thomas. They live in Northern Ireland and are members of their local Elim church.

Beverley Bedford

Firstly let me start by introducing myself, my name is Beverley Bedford and I have been in leadership for 35 years in various exciting roles. I presently lead Arise a resource to encourage, equip and empower leaders to arise to their God given potential. Arise has been developed with the support of TTW with a shared passion to release transformational leaders through relational mentorship and teaching. We would love you to travel with us on this adventure as we arise to transform the world for Jesus.

Brian Armstrong

Executive Director of

Brian Armstrong is a speaker, pastor and author with decades of experience in leadership, business and community development. Over his career, he has worked in the public, private, and charitable sectors both in the UK and internationally, advising business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community organisers on strategy, governance, and growth. In 1994, Brian launched his first business, later expanding into consultancy, mentoring, and leadership training. His work has equipped leaders across a wide range of fields to clarify their vision, develop actionable strategies, and achieve lasting results. Alongside his professional work, Brian is committed to helping individuals discover their strengths, identify their goals, and take practical steps toward fulfilling them. He believes that the right combination of clarity, planning, and consistent action can help anyone move from where they are to where they want to be. Brian has been associated with TTW since inception working with the founder, Tommy Stewart, initially as an adviser before joining the Board and serving as Chair of Trustees. In 2023 Brian stepped down as a Trustee to take up his current role as Executive Director to support Tommy with developing the global network. Brian has been married to his wife, Hazel, for over 40 years. They have three grown-up children and enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and exploring new ideas that inspire growth and positive change.
