Brian Armstrong is a speaker, pastor and author with decades of experience in leadership, business and community development. Over his career, he has worked in the public, private, and charitable sectors both in the UK and internationally, advising business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community organisers on strategy, governance, and growth.

 

In 1994, Brian launched his first business, later expanding into consultancy, mentoring, and leadership training. His work has equipped leaders across a wide range of fields to clarify their vision, develop actionable strategies, and

achieve lasting results.

 

Alongside his professional work, Brian is committed to helping individuals discover their strengths, identify their goals, and take practical steps toward fulfilling them. He believes that the right combination of clarity, planning, and

consistent action can help anyone move from where they are to where they want to be.

 

Brian has been associated with TTW since inception working with the founder, Tommy Stewart, initially as an adviser before joining the Board and serving as Chair of Trustees. In 2023 Brian stepped down as a Trustee to take up his current role as Executive Director to support Tommy with developing the global network.

 

Brian has been married to his wife, Hazel, for over 40 years. They have three grown-up children and enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and exploring new ideas that inspire growth and positive change.
