TRANSFORMED LIVES
TESTIMONIES FROM CHRISTIANS WHO HAVE TRANSFORMED THEIR WORLD
TRANSFORMATION STORIES
Be encouraged by testimonials from some amazing leaders who have had their world transformed.
Regular mentoring sessions with Beverley have had a profound impact on my life as I have navigated through some BIG and life changing transitions in my life with her journeying alongside me. She has helped me to see God threaded through the fabric of my life so far.
She has also been so attentive in listening to the Spirit to challenge me, in her beautiful loving way, about areas where I am letting negative beliefs or realities stop me from believing in the goodness of God but also what has inhibited me from stepping out in faith and courage for all that God has called me to. Her fresh perspective on situations in my life has helped me to gain a more Christ like perspective which has brought so much joy, love and peace to my life.
There is also been lots of laughter along the way. Growing is not easy but Beverley has definitely stood in the gap, prayed, encouraged, supported me in more ways than she will ever know. The beautiful thing is that she is just being authentically her and who God has called her to be.
Her example of being authentically her has given me space to embrace who God created me to be. And for that, I couldn't have asked for more in this journey of becoming so thank you Transforming the World for this opportunity, Tommy and Beverley. Love you guys a whole lot!

Amy
I started mentoring with Beverley in June 24 after being connected through Tommy Stewart. A man who I am grateful for and who has a big heart for God, his Kingdom and his people.
When Tommy coordinated this mentoring opportunity, I was very excited to get started. I had been looking for a number of years and had tried a few different people but nothing seemed to work out. But deep down, I knew I would benefit from this opportunity.
What I would say is do not let your past experiences determine your future. If I had given up then I wouldn't have met Beverley. They say mentoring is about getting the right fit. I totally believe that now, and Beverley was definitely that for me.
Rhema
Something I’ve learned through this journey is to be more patient with people and to give them grace, even when it’s hard. I really admire her consistency and the way she shows up, no matter what. I’m genuinely so grateful for the calls we have, the honest conversations, and just how real everything feels. I’m looking forward to learning more as we go.
Thank you.
My mentorship journey with Beverley has been really meaningful and such a blessing. I’m honestly so thankful to God for giving me a mentor like her. I’ve always prayed for someone who could support me, guide me, and just be there through different parts of my life—and God really answered that prayer. Beverley genuinely cares, she listens, she loves well, and the thing that means the most to me is that she prays for me.
Through this mentorship, I’ve been encouraged in ways I didn’t expect. The sessions have helped me navigate and make sense of situations that felt overwhelming and dark. She carries a spirit of hope and courage, and that’s something that constantly lifts me. The way she asks questions gently pushes me to reflect more deeply and honestly, and I find myself growing—both spiritually and emotionally—because of those conversations. One of the things I love most is how she shares Bible passages and real-life examples that speak directly to what I’m going through. It always feels timely.

Transforming Christian led businesses
Terry Harkness has been in business for over forty years, with his primary focus being in bakeries and property. Throughout that time he has sought to lead his businesses in a God honouring way.
Like business owners all over the world, leading staff teams in challenging economic times can be stressful and can bring seasons in which the owner struggles to know how to proceed or who to turn to, in confidence.
In 2023 Terry approached Transform the World founder, Tommy Stewart, seeking guidance on how to bring Jesus into the centre of his businesses, develop organisational leadership and maximise the amount of funds he could give to work of God globally. Since then, it has been Tommy’s honour to journey with him in this regard.
Terry says:
“It is great to have a fellow Christian who understands leadership issues and can offer advice and perspective on a given situation. Tommy and Transform the World team have helped me to develop as a business leader. This has been invaluable."

Partnering with Others
It has been our joy to partner with other global ministries to enable us to grow in our ability to encourage, equip and empower Christian workplace, church and ministry leaders.
One such partner is IBEC Ventures, a ‘business as mission’ enabling ministry, based in Colorado USA. The President of IBEC, Robert Bush, has been a global advisor to Transform the World since 2023 and has added much wisdom to our global development and, in particular, to the support we can provide for those who are leading business as mission projects in developing nations.
Robert says:
"Tommy Stewart and his Transform the World Team (TTW) are the epitome of what it means to network for Christ. The TTW Team has done an incredible job of connecting with men and women all over the world who love Jesus and want to make a difference for Him. Their contagious passion for Christ has been inspiring for all of us who have had the opportunity to see them in action."

Co-operation, not Competition
Since the foundation of Transform the World, it has been our desire to promote co-operation across the body of Christ. We believe that each Christian leader, regardless of the nature of the organisation they lead, or it’s location in the world, has much to offer their brothers and sisters. What that looks like differs from time to time and place to place, but co-operation is central to all that we do.
One of our global advisors has this to say about the work of Transform the World:
“Realising too much of God’s work involves different Christian organizations vying for funds and people, Transform the World is marching to the beat of a different drum. That drumbeat is, in a word, cooperation.
When different parts of the Body of Christ come together in cooperation, God is honoured, the hands and hearts of partners are strengthened, and shared efforts have increased impact and effectiveness. This idea is at the core of Transform the World and I commend Tommy for his vision and hard work to see this happen!”

Enabling Pastoral Leadership
Transform The World seeks to raise up leaders who will come alongside Christian workplace, church and ministry leaders in some of the most unreached parts of the world. It is places like these that, perhaps, leaders need encouraged, equipped and empowered most.
One of the leaders, we have come alongside, is now himself drawing alongside other leaders across South Asia. Reuben Pradhan, and other members of his family, have been engaged with Transform the World for some time. He says:
Reuben says:
“At the heart of this mission is the mobilisation of Christian leaders to equip and
empower a new generation of passionate men and women, fully stepping into their
God-given callings. Transform The World achieve this through prayer, strategic
partnerships, and shared resources.”

Setting the Captives Free
Did you know that there are people living in economic slavery today?
In the nation of Pakistan, one of Transform The World’s associates, Khalid, is working to ‘set the captives free’.
In the brick kilns of Pakistan people, already living in poverty, are being set impossible brick production targets by unscrupulous employers. If they fail to meet the targets the deficit is charged against them as a debt.
To help avoid debt they are told to get their wives and children to help them. However the employer then increases the targets, and so the debt grows. Until the debt is paid in full the family are ‘enslaved’ to the brick kiln owner.
Our friend Khalid is helping to set the captives free. With some assistance from Transform The World, last week he was able to pay the debt of an ageing Christian pastor and his family and see them set free (see attached).
The average debt is often as little as £500, but in Pakistan the weekly wage is often less than £25.
This week we hope to see another young Christian family set free. If you like to help us set the captives free you can make a donation.
